Roasted Whole Chicken cooked under pot in my village

Today in my village, I use traditional method to cook a spicy chicken by using pot covered on the chicken. First I use the clay pot cover the whole chicken, and use chopsticks to hold over chicken on the water and roast this chicken on the fire.
