Today I will show how to cook river snail in the countryside. This snails catch in the riverside near my homeland. Fist I start cleaning the snail two and three times, put all snails into pot, boil them about 15minutes. I use fork to grip the meat from snail shell, and take it to clean. Pounding curry paste and stir-fried with garlic and then I put snail meat into pot altogether. Wait it around 15minutes, I start dish up and eating with delicious food.
